1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, accessing, registering an account, or placing an order on KhaylimTech Ventures (khaylim.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Product Authenticity Guarantee

KhaylimTech Ventures prides itself on 100% genuine consumer electronics:

• Brand New Devices: Factory sealed in authentic OEM packaging with verifiable serial and IMEI numbers on manufacturer validation portals (e.g. checkcoverage.apple.com).
• UK Used & Nigerian Used Devices: Fully tested and certified through our 28-point hardware inspection covering battery health, cameras, Face ID/fingerprint sensors, true tone display, microphones, and network connectivity.

3. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed in our catalog are in Nigerian Naira (₦). While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, in the rare event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend unconfirmed orders prior to delivery.

4. Orders & Delivery Terms

• Same-Day Delivery in Ibadan: Available for confirmed orders placed before 3:00 PM West Africa Time (WAT). Doorstep delivery across Bodija, Ring Road, Akobo, Iwo Road, UI, and environs.
• Nationwide Dispatch: Shipped via trusted logistics partners (GIG Logistics, DHL, peace transit) with comprehensive tracking and transit insurance.
• Inspection on Delivery: Customers in Ibadan are encouraged to verify device condition and included accessories upon delivery before courier departure.

5. Hardware Warranty & Return Policy

• Brand New Products: Covered by standard 1-year manufacturer limited warranty.
• Pre-Owned / UK Used Gadgets: Backed by KhaylimTech's 14-day replacement warranty covering hardware defects not caused by user mishandling.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover accidental drops, screen cracks, water damage, unauthorized jailbreaking/rooting, or third-party repair attempts.

6. Account Security & Administrative Integrity

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their sign-in credentials. Administrative access to the KhaylimTech management console is restricted strictly to authorized store administrators. Any unauthorized attempt to tamper with pricing, catalog data, or user profiles is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Nigerian cybersecurity statutes.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise these terms to reflect evolving store policies, consumer protection regulations, or logistics updates. Continued use of our store signifies agreement with any revised terms.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria.
